50 g Granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt

50 g Unsalted butter (melted)
500 g Whole milk

Whisk all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl.

Add eggs and whisk until the batter looks very smooth, scraping off the bottom and sides of the bowl to blend evenly.

Whisk in warm melted butter until evenly incorporated.

Add about one-third of the milk first and whisk well, then add the rest of the milk and whisk again, scraping the sides of the bowl to ensure even mixing.

Optionally, add 1 tablespoon of dark rum and mix.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low to medium heat and coat with a thin layer of melted butter right before pouring the batter.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and swirl to spread it evenly across the surface before it begins to set.

Cook until the edges are golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for 5-15 seconds.
