1

Start with 2 cups of milk in a bowl.

2

Add 4 large eggs to the bowl.

3

Pour in 4 tablespoons of melted butter.

4

Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

5

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

6

Add 2 teaspoons of sugar.

7

Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour.

8

Blend the mixture until completely smooth and emulsified.

9

Rest the batter in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

10

After resting, add another cup of milk to the batter and whisk to loosen it up.

11

Heat a crepe pan or flat-bottom frying pan over medium-high heat.

12

Brush the pan with melted butter.

13

Add about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of crepe batter in the middle of the pan and swirl to form a round shape.

Place the pan back on the heat and cook the crepe for about 1 to 2 minutes until slightly brown.

15

Flip the crepe carefully with a thin spatula and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes on the second side.

16

Serve the crepes with a homemade cream cheese filling made by combining cream cheese with powdered sugar.

17

Optionally, serve with fresh strawberries or blueberries, or spread Nutella inside and top with sliced banana and more Nutella.
