2 tbsp almond powder
5 tbsp desiccated coconut
5 tbsp condensed milk
200g milk chocolate
250g white chocolate
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp green food color
chocolate chunks for decoration (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped walnuts, honey, cinnamon, and salt until well mixed.

Stuff each date with the cream cheese mixture, pressing gently to close them.

If using, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

Dip the stuffed dates halfway into the melted chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake the stuffed dates in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until they are warm and slightly softened.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
