Add 800 ml of water into the soup maker.
Add 100 ml of double cream into the soup maker.
Add 1 stock cube into the soup maker.
Add 1 teaspoon of coriander into the soup maker.
Ensure the liquid does not exceed the maximum markings inside the soup maker.
Put the lid on the soup maker and ensure it is snug and the lights are flashing.
Press the mode button and select 'smooth'.
Press the start button to begin the 21-minute cooking cycle.
Wait for the soup maker to finish; it will beep when done.
Carefully lift the lid, being cautious of condensation.
Pour the soup into a Pyrex bowl and wash the soup maker out for next use.
