2 Cups Chopped Potatoes
1 Cup chopped onions
1 Cup Tomatoes
1 Cup Fresh grated coconut
15 Cashewnuts
1/2 spoon Poppy seeds
Ginger garlic paste
Dalchini
Lavanga
Kasuri Methi
Red chilli powder
salt as per taste
Dhaniya powder
Garam masala Powder
Chopped coriander
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dalchini, and lavanga.

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Mix in the grated coconut, poppy seeds, and cashewnuts, and cook for a few minutes.

Add chopped potatoes, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, kasuri methi, garam masala, and salt. Stir well.

Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender.

Garnish with chopped coriander before serving.
