2 cups whole wheat flour (aata)
1 tsp red chili powder (lal mirch powder)
1 tsp crushed red chili (lal mirch kuti hui)
2 tbsp chopped green chili (hari mirch)
½ cup chopped green coriander (hara dhania)
1 tsp salt (namak)
1 tbsp ghee for frying
1 cup water (pani) or as required

Knead a smooth dough and rest for 15 mins.

Grate radish and squeeze the grated radish to remove excess water.

In a bowl, add squeezed radish, red chili powder, crushed red chili, green chili, and green coriander; mix well to prepare the stuffing.

Take dry flour in a plate for dusting/coating. Take out two small dough portions and shape them into balls.

Press each ball slightly between your palms, coat with dry flour.

Roll out one dough ball into a round shape using a rolling pin and set aside.

Roll out the second dough ball, place filling in the center, cover with the first rolled dough, seal edges, and roll out carefully again.

Heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha on it, frying both sides with ghee.
