4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup tortellini (fresh or frozen)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
