Add turkey, tomato, tatashe, scotch bonnet pepper, ginger, garlic, onion, salt, seasoning cube, idan fruit, and uda seed into the pot.
Stir to combine and cover to cook for about 10-15 minutes without adding water.
Remove tomato and peppers from the pot after steaming with the meat.
Add water to the pot and stir well, then cover to continue cooking.
Blend the removed pepper mix until smooth or roughly blended, then pour back into the pot.
Rinse the blender jar and add that water to the pot as well.
Cook until the meat is tender.
Add scent leaf to the pot and finish with more pepper soup spice, stirring to combine.
