1 pound boneless chicken
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
lemon juice
salt to taste
0.5 teaspoon red Kashmiri chilli powder
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons gram flour
3 tablespoons yogurt
0.5 teaspoon chili powder
0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
0.5 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon kasuri methi

Cut 1 pound of boneless chicken into bite-sized chunks.

Marinate the chicken with 1 tablespoon each of ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, salt to taste, and 0.5 teaspoon red Kashmiri chilli powder. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add 2 tablespoons of gram flour. Dissolve it in the oil to make a smooth paste and set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons of yogurt, 0.5 teaspoon chili powder, 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder, 0.5 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon kasuri methi, salt to taste, and the gram flour paste to the marinated chicken. Mix well and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Skewer the marinated chicken and alternate with pieces of green pepper on wooden skewers.

Grill the skewers on a hot barbecue, flipping them over to cook evenly.
