Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and the cleaned chicken pieces, sautéing with the lid on for 10 minutes.

Once the oil rises to the top, add 2 tablespoons coriander powder, 1 tablespoon garam masala, and 1 tablespoon chicken masala, mixing thoroughly.
