Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spray a baking pan with cooking spray for the tilapia.
Get 4 pieces of tilapia and dry them off, then place them on the tray without overlapping.
Melt 1 stick of butter in the microwave in 15-second bursts until liquid.
Crush 2 garlic cloves and stir them into the melted butter along with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Pour the butter sauce over each tilapia fillet and season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
Put the tray of tilapia in the preheated oven for around 20 minutes.
Wash and prepare 10 yukon gold potatoes by cutting them into roughly the same size pieces for even cooking.
Toss the potatoes with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of parsley, 1.5 tablespoons of paprika, and 2 tablespoons of garlic powder.
Put the seasoned potatoes into the oven at 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked inside.
Wash and cut the broccoli into nearly even parts, then toss with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
Put the broccoli in the oven at 400°F, checking after around 8 minutes to see if it needs more time.
Once everything is done cooking, plate the broccoli and potatoes first, then add the tilapia on top.
