Jamaican Jerk Salmon

2 tbsp jerk seasoning
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, jerk seasoning, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Once marinated, remove the salmon from the dish and discard the excess marinade.

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill.

Grill the salmon for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

During the last minute of grilling, sprinkle the chopped green onions and cilantro over the salmon.

Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
