1/8 cup of cooking wine
1 head of garlic (10 cloves) chopped
Few slices of lemon
Onions, spring onions, shallot
Red Pepper
1/2 stick of butter
1 tablespoon of clarified butter
1 cup of flour

Mix all of the dry ingredients together and coat the shrimp evenly.

Turn on the pan to high heat and add in the clarified butter.

After it's melted, add in the garlic, red pepper, white part of spring onion, and shallots.

Add in the shrimp and let it cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Flip them over and let it cook for another 3 minutes on low or medium heat to prevent burning.

Add in the cooking wine and in the remaining butter and let it melt together.
