Clean the chicken feet thoroughly.
Blend the pumpkin until smooth.
Add the chicken feet to a pot along with the blended pumpkin.
Add about 5 cloves of garlic, pimento seeds, scallions, and thyme to the pot.
Season with salt to taste.
Cover the pot and cook for about 30 minutes.
