Cut off all the nails from the chicken feet and inspect each foot for cleanliness.

Wash the chicken feet with vinegar or lime.

Heat a pot over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.

Add the chicken feet to the pot along with 2 teaspoons of complete seasoning, 2 teaspoons of consome, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper; stir and cook for about 15 minutes until browned.

Add 1.5 lbs of peeled and cut potatoes and 0.5 lbs of cut carrots to the pot along with 1 packet of Maggi soup; stir and cover, cooking for another 15 minutes.

Add okra to the pot, cut off the ends, and let it sit in the residual heat for 15 minutes.

Add 0.25 tsp of salt at the end to enhance flavor; let the soup sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
