1-2 Pounds Chicken Feet
2-3 Pounds Pumpkin
1 large carrot
1-2 pounds Yam
2 medium Potatoes
2 twig Scallion
Thyme
1 whole green pepper
1 pack cock soup (with pumpkin) Maggie or Grace
1-2 packs Maggie all purpose seasoning
Salt to taste
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbsp pimento seeds (all spice berries)
7-8 Cups water

Clean chicken feet thoroughly and remove any nails.

Place chicken feet in a large pot and cover with 7-8 cups of water.

Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer.

Skim off any foam that rises to the surface for a clearer broth.

Add chopped onions, garlic, thyme, and scallions to the pot.

Add diced carrots, potatoes, pumpkin, yam, and green pepper to the pot.

Stir in pimento seeds and the cock soup mix.

Season with salt and Maggie all-purpose seasoning to taste.
