4 cups water
2 cups carrots, diced
2 cups potatoes, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons thyme
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1 teaspoon pimento seeds
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 bell pepper, diced
1 cup corn
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon allspice
2 bay leaves

Wash and cut off the tools from the chicken foot.

Place the chicken foot into a pressure cooker.

Dice the pumpkin and add it to the pressure cooker with the chicken foot.
