Combine flour, milk powder, sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl.
Add warm water to the mixture and stir.
Incorporate eggs into the mixture, mixing well.
Add salt and butter after the dough has come together.
Knead the dough until smooth and all ingredients are well combined.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap to prevent drying and let it rise for 40 minutes.
After rising, dust the dough with flour and flatten it.
Fold the dough and let it rise for another 15 minutes under plastic wrap.
After the second rise, shape the dough into a rectangle and roll it out.
Cut the dough into strips approximately 1.5 cm wide.
Roll the strips into small round shapes and set them aside.
Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let the dough rise in a warm oven at a maximum of 30°C for 10 minutes.
Heat oil to 180°C for frying.
Fry the dough strips until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side, flipping halfway through.
Remove the fried strips from the oil and immediately coat them in fine granulated sugar.
Dust the fried strips with powdered sugar before serving.
