1 Tsp turmeric Powder
1 Tsp red chili Powder
Vegetables (Cabbage, Cauliflower, Beans, Green peas, Carrot, Potato, Tomato)

Firstly, I chopped all vegetables in my own style.

Take a bowl, heat oil and add cumin seeds.

Then add chopped Onion and Garlic and stir this.

Now add all vegetables one by one. Mix all.

After 5-6 minutes, add Turmeric Powder, Red chili Powder and Salt, again stir and mix properly.

Here I don’t use water. Stir this in a low flame. And need not to flip with cover.

20-25 minutes later, add green chili and coriander leaves.

Mixed vegetables are ready to serve.
