1/4 cup brown rice
1 cup diced butternut squash
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup string beans
3/4 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
2 diced Idaho potatoes

Brown the beef on a griddle until cooked on both sides.
