1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri lal micro powder

2 green chili pepper

Marinate the chicken with yogurt, minced garlic-ginger, salt, red chili powder, Kashmiri lal micro powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala powder, mustard powder, vinegar, and corn starch.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the marinated chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour, basting occasionally, until the skin is golden and the juices run clear.

In a separate pot, heat oil and sauté minced garlic-ginger until fragrant.
