1-1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp cumin seed powder
1 tbsp chat masala powder
2 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp dry kasuri methi
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 lemon juice
2 tsp vinegar
1-1/2 cup pasta
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 red onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder

Make a few cuts on both sides of the chicken drumsticks.

Heat some oil in a pan. Add chicken pieces and fry until light golden brown. Carefully take the chicken out and set aside.

In a bowl, add yogurt, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.

Add coriander powder, cumin seed powder, chat masala powder, garam masala powder, dry kasuri methi, salt, and red chili powder. Stir until everything is mixed well.

Add lemon juice and vinegar to the mixture and mix well.

Add the fried chicken to the marinade and mix until the chicken is well coated. Marinate chicken for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle some olive oil on it.

Add the marinated chicken pieces to the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Take it out, change sides of the chicken, and bake for another 20 minutes.

Serve with naan and pasta salad.

Boil pasta according to the package instructions. Add boiled pasta in a bowl.

Add shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, red onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream, salt, and black pepper powder to the pasta and mix well.
