Start by mixing 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste with 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice in a bowl.
