2 tbsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chaat masala
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Rice flour
Medium heated oil

Grate the potatoes and wash them well.

Squeeze the grated potatoes to remove excess water.

Chop the onion, green chillies, and parsley.

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, green chillies, parsley, chilli powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin, chaat masala, salt, and rice flour.

Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Heat medium heated oil in a frying pan.

Fry the mixture in the oil until golden brown.
