Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

In a mixing bowl, combine besan flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, carom seeds, cumin seeds, salt, chilli flakes, and baking soda.

Add water gradually to form a smooth batter.

Dip the potato slices into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.

Carefully add the coated potato slices to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
