Garlic cloves - 10 number
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato - 1 number
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken - 250 grams
Spinach(chopped) - 2 bunch
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - as required

Firstly heat oil in a pan, add fresh coconut pieces, chopped onion, salt, garlic, turmeric powder and saute until onions are slightly brown.

Now add chopped tomato, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and saute it for few more minutes.

Then add chicken pieces mix well and cook for another 10-12 minutes on a slow flame by closing the lid on.

Finally add spinach, crushed pepper, some water and cook for another 4-5 minutes and serve hot with rice or roti.
