Chop parsley and half an onion very finely.
Add 2 and 1/2 lb of ground meat to the bowl with chopped parsley and onion.
Add a little jalapeno for taste.
Sprinkle half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper into the mixture.
Add a touch of nutmeg and a teaspoon of all spice.
Mix everything together until it has a soft texture.
Cut the mixture into pieces or shapes for cooking.
Preheat the oven while preparing tahini sauce.
Crush garlic with a little salt, then mix with tahini sauce and lemon juice.
Add water gradually to the tahini sauce to achieve the desired consistency.
Sprinkle salt on sliced tomatoes.
Remove the kefta from the oven and add the sliced tomatoes on top.
