1 tsp old bay
1 tsp dry jamaican jerk
1 small spoonful jerk seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cup of parboiled rice, cooked with salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp corn or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry jamaican jerk
1 tsp old bay
1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 onion finely chopped
1/4 red pepper finely chopped
1/4 green pepper finely chopped
1/4 yellow pepper finely chopped
1/2 pineapple chunks cut into small squares
1/2 tsp Grace browning

Heat your oil on medium heat for 2 minutes and add onions and peppers.

Add raw shrimp and when shrimp begins turning pink, start adding rice.
