Cortar a carne seca.
Colocar a carne seca em uma panela e adicionar água quente ou fria até cobrir a carne.
Adicionar o alho picado.
Cozinhar por cerca de 30 minutos.
Testar a carne com um garfo; se o garfo entra facilmente, a carne está cozida.
Adicionar espinafre, pimenta-do-reino, cebola picada, tomates e óleo de palma.
Cobrir com mais um pouco de água e cozinhar por mais 10 minutos.
Adicionar quiabos e berinjela, cobrir e cozinhar por mais 5 minutos.
Preparar uma pasta com 2 colheres de sopa de fubá de bombom e um pouco de água, misturar bem.
Adicionar a mistura ao calulu.
Preparar a fufu misturando 500 ml de água fria com semolina e levar ao fogo.
Adicionar mais 500 ml de água quente e continuar mexendo.
Adicionar fubá de bombom aos poucos, mexendo para não criar grumos.
Adicionar um pouco de água quente se necessário para ajustar a consistência.
