250 grams natural yogurt or Greek yogurt
350 grams all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
50 ml olive oil
1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
rosemary (to taste)
1 clove of garlic

In a bowl of stand mixer, mix the flour and salt.

Add the yogurt and mix in a mixer (with a dough hook) until the dough comes together in a ball.
