Boil water in a pot over high heat.
Add sliced green chilies to the boiling water and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain the chilies and set aside.
In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Sauté chopped onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the cooked chilies and mix well.
Add cheese and stir until melted and creamy, about 3-5 minutes.
Season with salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
