Add 300 grams of flour to the mixture.
Knead everything together to form a dough.
Knead the dough into a ball.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
Spread the dough evenly in the cake pan.
Create the authentic pattern on the dough.
Brush the dough with egg.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Bake the cake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
After 20 minutes, check that the cake is golden brown.
Let the cake cool completely.
