Ghiya Gosht

250grm mutton
350grm bottle gourd/ghiya
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
75grm curd
1 onion chopped
1 roughly chopped tomato
some chopped coriander
2 green chillies
10-12 black pepper
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp crushed and roasted coriander seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1/3 tsp red chilli powder
salt as per taste
1/3 tsp turmeric powder

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add mutton and cook until it changes color.

Add chopped tomato, green chillies, and spices (garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed coriander seeds, black pepper, and salt).

Mix well and cook for a few minutes.

Add chopped bottle gourd and mix well.

Cover and cook until the mutton is tender and the bottle gourd is cooked through.

Add curd and chopped coriander, mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
