2 cups breadfruit, peeled and diced
1 cup saltfish, soaked and flaked
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup seasoning peppers, diced
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp curry powder
to taste pepper sauce
1/4 cup water
for garnish tamarind chutney

Boil and mash the breadfruit.

Prepare fresh herbs: chop onion, garlic, bell peppers, seasoning peppers, and scallion.

Flake the prepared saltfish.

In a bowl, combine flour, mashed breadfruit, flaked saltfish, and fresh herbs.
