Easy Aloo Chole Recipe | Aloo Soybean Chole Recipe

Soak Chickpea (Kabuli Chana) overnight or at least for 6 hours

Cut 2 medium size potato in small cube shape

Soak soybean chunks in water for 10 minutes and squeeze all the water

Take 1 tbsp oil and light fry the soybean chunks and keep it aside

Make a paste of 1 tomato, 2 Onion and 6 green chilli in blender

Heat 4 tbsp oil and add ½ tsp hing, and 1 red chilli and stir for 1 minute

Add 1 chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes

Add chopped potato and cook till it becomes light brown

Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, onion tomato green chilli paste

Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chill powder as per the quantity given and mix it well

Once masala is cooked and oil starts to separate, add the soaked soybean chunks, soaked kabuli channa and mix it well

Cook for another 5 minutes and then add 2 glasses of water and 2 tsp garam masala and mix it well

Cook for another 5 minutes on high flame and then aloo chole ki sabji will be ready
