3 garlic cloves finely chopped/grated
3-4 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp pepper powder
3 tbsp bread crumbs
pinch of oregano
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp lime juice
some salt to taste
1 tsp oil

Once the water is drained, add the chicken to a mixer jar and grind into a fine paste without adding water, then remove and keep aside.

Combine well and place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to chill for easier shaping.

Wet your hands and shape the mixture into kebabs using a barbeque stick, which should resemble a thick sausage.

Place the shaped kebabs on a plate lined with baking paper.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on low heat, add just enough kebabs to not overcrowd the pan.

Cook for 5-6 minutes on low heat on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through.
