Let the sauce sit to marinate.
Sanitize the grill with half an onion to prevent sticking.
Transfer the partially cooked pork from the oven to the grill.
Grill pork for 10-15 minutes, flipping until nicely colored and cooked through.
Slice the grilled pork and serve topped with house sauce.
