1

Clean the croera fish and pat it dry.

2

Score the fish to allow seasoning to penetrate.

3

Coat the fish with vegetable oil thoroughly.

4

Coat the fish with seasoning, ensuring it's well covered and set aside.

5

Prepare the marinade by blending scotch bonnet, yellow peppers, garlic, ginger, and onion with vegetable oil until smooth.

6

Coat the fish generously with the marinade inside and out.

7

Place myoy leaf on a microwave-safe plate, or use banana leaves.

8

Place the fish on top of the myoy leaf and wrap it up securely.

9

Transfer the wrapped fish into the microwave and cover it.

10

Set the timer for 10 minutes; if you prefer drier fish, you can extend it to 15 minutes. The creator used 12 minutes.

11

While the fish is cooking, prepare a sauce by blending bell peppers, onion, and scotch bonnet.

12

Heat red palm oil in a pan until it melts, then add the blended pepper mix and seasoning.

13

Fry the sauce until it is dry.

14

After 12 minutes, check the fish; it should be done when a beautiful aroma fills the kitchen.

15
