Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.

In a prepared pie pan with butter greased-bottomed parchment paper, press the graham cracker mixture onto the bottom and up the sides. Place in a preheated 180°C oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In a new bowl combine together avocado and cream cheese, and mix with hand blender until smooth. Add in the condensed milk, dalandan juice, and salt. mix until well blended. Adjust with more dalandan juice if you the flavor more prominent and condensed milk if you prefer a sweeter filling.

Pour the avocado mixture into the crust and chill for at least 3-4 hours.

When the filling has set crown the pie with a dollop of whipping cream garnish with dalandan zest. Serve chilled.
