2 cups walnuts
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup honey

Melt the unsalted butter for layering.

Chop walnuts finely, but not to a powder, and mix with sugar, clove, and cinnamon.

Butter the bottom of the pan to prevent sticking.

Layer 10 sheets of phyllo dough in the pan, buttering each layer lightly.

If layers are stuck together, use two sheets instead of one.

Cover phyllo dough with plastic or a damp towel to prevent drying out.
