2 cups basmati rice
1 chicken stock cube
1/4 teaspoon saffron
2 tomatoes
1 large onion

1 teaspoon mustard seeds
10 curry leaves
1 lemon
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons baharat spice

Make a spice paste with cumin, whole peppercorns, ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
