Spicy Lobster Soup

Wash the lobster, which is already pre-steamed.
If using fresh lobster, clean it and prepare to cook it in the soup after about 10-15 minutes.
In a pot, add water and bring it to a boil.
Add peeled and cubed potatoes, corn, carrot, fresh thyme, and Maggie cube to the pot.
Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Sauté minced garlic in a tiny bit of oil before adding it to the pot.
Add diced onion and scallion to the pot.
If using fresh raw lobster, add it now to the pot to cook with the seasonings.
Add hot sauce and noodle soup mix to the pot.
Add cayenne pepper to taste, adjusting for spice level.
Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the veggies are soft.
Taste the soup and adjust seasonings as needed before adding the lobster pieces.
Mix in the lobster pieces and let it cook for about 10 more minutes to soak up flavors.
Taste and adjust the soup seasonings again before serving.
