In a stand mixer, combine flour, sugar, powdered milk, and dry yeast.
Add warm milk, egg white, butter, and pineapple flavor to the dry ingredients.
Mix for five minutes, then let the machine rest for 2-4 minutes before mixing again.
Continue mixing for a total of 15 minutes, allowing the machine to rest every five minutes.
After mixing, turn the dough onto a floured surface and divide into two equal parts.
Cover one part with plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
Roll the other part to the size of the greased loaf pan, pinching the edges together before placing it in the pan.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and place a dish of hot water in the oven for moisture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
