3/4 cup warm water
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
1/4 cup oil
2 cups flour
2 tbsp milk powder
salt as needed
mozzarella cheese
chiliflakes
oregano

Mix 3/4 cup warm water, 2 tbsp sugar, and 2 tsp yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup oil, 2 cups flour, 2 tbsp milk powder, and salt as needed. Mix it.

Knead to a smooth dough and coat it with oil.

Let it rest for 1-2 hours.

Punch out the air and divide the dough into 6 balls.

Cover the balls and let them sit for 10 minutes.

Roll each ball into a medium thickness round.

Place it on a hot pan and cook for a few seconds.

Flip it over and cook for a few seconds.

Flip it again, add mozzarella cheese, sprinkle chiliflakes and oregano, and fold it.

Cook on both sides until golden color.
