Start by taking 1 lemon and squeezing its juice into a bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder to the bowl.
Chop 1 small tomato and add it to the bowl along with papri as per taste.
In another bowl, take 1 cup of yogurt and whisk it to make a fine paste.
Boil 2 potatoes until just tender, being careful not to overboil them.
Chop 1 cucumber and add it to the mixture.
Chop 1 small-sized onion finely and add it to the bowl.
Add the boiled chickpeas (1 cup) that were soaked overnight and boiled with salt.
Mix in the chopped tomato, cucumber, onion, and boiled potatoes into the chickpeas.
Add lemon juice to the mixture, but you can skip it if desired.
Incorporate 1 tablespoon of chaat masala, black pepper powder, and salt to taste into the mixture.
Add mint chutney and mix well.
Add ketchup and then add tamarind chutney, mixing until everything is combined.
