8 eggs
300 g sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
10 bread slices
8 leftover pav

Pour 500 ml of milk into a bowl.

Add 8 eggs to the milk.

Mix in 300 g of sugar.

Beat the eggs, sugar, and milk together with a mixer.

Add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and stir.

Cut 10 bread slices and add them to the mixture.

Cut 8 leftover pav into pieces and add them as well.

Mix the bread and pav into the mixture thoroughly with a spoon.

Cover the mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Grease a tray with Amul ghee.

After 15 minutes, mash the mixture lightly with a spoon.

Pour the pudding mixture into the greased tray and press it down with a spoon.

Place the tray in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes.
