10 pistachios

1 tbsp mixed seeds
1 tbsp raisins
3 dried figs (optional)
honey (to taste)

pinch of green cardamom powder
5 to 6 saffron threads
1 ripe banana
ice (optional)

Remove the seeds from 4 to 5 dates and separate them.

In a mixing bowl, add the pitted dates, 10 pistachios, 5 to 6 cashews, 10 almonds, 2 walnuts, 1 tbsp mixed seeds, and 1 tbsp raisins.

Optionally, add 3 dried figs to the mixture.

Add some honey to the mixture.

Pour in 1 cup of hot milk.

Add a pinch of green cardamom powder and 5 to 6 saffron threads.

Mix everything well and soak for 30 minutes to soften the dry fruits.

After soaking, add the softened dry fruits into a blender.

Take a ripe banana, remove the peel, and chop it into pieces.

Add the chopped banana pieces into the blender jar.

If desired, add some ice to the blender.

Blend everything until smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a bit more milk.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, as the dates and banana usually provide plenty of natural sweetness along with the honey.
