Add ½ cup sugar and 2 eggs to a bowl and whisk together.

Add ¼ cup oil and whisk again until fluffy.

Pour in ½ cup milk and mix well.

Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and mix.

Add 1 cup flour and 1 tsp baking powder, whisking everything together until smooth.

Place butter paper in the tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.

Once the cake is baked, let it cool completely.

Prepare the frosting by adding 200g cream cheese, 200ml whipped cream, and 3 tbsp powdered sugar to a bowl and whipping until light and fluffy.

Cut the cooled cake into two layers.

Spread half the frosting over the first layer of the cake.

Place the second layer on top and spread the remaining frosting over the top and sides of the cake.

Refrigerate the cake to set the frosting.

Microwave 90g chocolate with 3 tbsp cream until melted and mix well for a smooth topping.

Spread the melted chocolate ganache on the cake and decorate with small chocolate pieces.

Chill in the fridge for half an hour.
