Black Bean Brownies

1 can black beans
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs

Rinse and drain the black beans.

Put the black beans into a blender.

Add 1/4 cup of maple syrup to the blender.

Melt 1/3 cup of coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute.

Add 1/4 cup of coconut sugar to the blender.

Blend the mixture until smooth.

Add melted cocoa instead of cocoa powder to the blender.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the blender.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the blender.

Blend the mixture again until combined.

Add 2 eggs to the mixture, one at a time, blending after each addition.

Mix in chocolate chips by hand.

Pour the brownie mixture into a greased baking dish.

Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°F.
