1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 large eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, combine the black beans, eggs, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
